第1篇 開閉件工程師崗位職責

開閉件工程師 上海伊狄達汽車技術服務有限公司 上海伊狄達汽車技術服務有限公司,伊狄達 main responsibilities主要職責:

1. be responsible for biw & closure 2d/3d part design, according to suggestion from cae/craft analysis department to modify product structure and craft;

負責biw/隔板的2d/3d部分的設計,根據cae/工藝分析部門給出的建議去修改產品結構和工藝;

2. be responsible for layout &performance design, checking and making proposals about biw system accessories and closure system, hinge ,check arm , sealing system, latch system, regulator, gas spring and other accessories;

負責biw系統附件及隔板系統、鉸鏈、止回臂、密封系統、鎖止系統、調節器、氣彈簧等附件的布置及性能設計、校核及建議;

3. be responsible for preparation, review the bom, bop, typical section, gd&t, parts description, design report and other technical documents;

負責bom,bop,典型斷面,gd&t,零件說明,技術報告等技術文件的編制、審核;

4. design , checking and motion analysis by using catia or ug software and etc.;

使用catia或者ug等軟件去設計,校對以及動作分析;

5. design and release closure parts;

設計和發布隔板的部分;

6. be responsible for tracking and solving prototype vehicle and related parts manufacturing, trial production& process validation, production preparation and pre-pilot of the on-site technical support service.

負責跟蹤解決原型車及相關零部件的制造、試制和工藝驗證、生產準備和現場技術支持服務的預試。

job requirements職業要求:

1. vehicle, or mechanical major etc. with college degree or above, above 5 years of closure design experience in large or medium auto enterprises, design company preferred;

大專及以上車輛、機械等相關專業,五年以上中大型企業隔板設計經驗,設計公司優先;

2. work experience of the tailgate and active bonnet system preferred;

有尾門和主動閥蓋系統工作經驗者優先;

3. knowledge of the main constrains of the process: stamping / welding /painting/ assembly line;

了解沖壓/焊接/噴漆/裝配線工藝的主要約束條件;

4. proficient in catia or ug etc.;

熟練使用catia或ug等軟件;

5. good computer skills and english level;

良好的計算機技能和英語水平;

6. open mind and team work with people from different cultures,work seriously and responsibly;

思維開放并且可以和來自不同文化的人團隊協作,工作認真負責;

7. able to travel on short notice and work outside for business related travel.

可以接受短期出差和公務相關的國外工作。

第2篇 車身開閉件工程師崗位職責

工作職責:

1)負責開閉件結構數模設計;

2)負責開閉件系統運動校核設計;

3) 負責開閉件bom編制及相關技術文檔編寫

4)負責開閉件數據發布

崗位要求

1) 大專及以上學歷,車輛工程,機械設計等相關專業

2) 3年及以上相關工作經驗

3) 熟悉車身開發流程及相關法規,熟悉車身鈑金件制造工藝

4) 熟練使用catia 軟件

5) 較好的溝通與協調能力
