第1篇 窯爐工程師崗位職責(zé)
窯爐工程師 淄博科勒有限公司 淄博科勒有限公司分支機(jī)構(gòu) basic function
負(fù)責(zé)窯爐操作培訓(xùn)的管理,窯爐設(shè)備的監(jiān)控,解決窯爐問(wèn)題,窯爐各參數(shù)的檢查及校正。
responsible for manage training on kiln operation, monitor kiln equipment, resolve kiln problem,verify kiln datas.
specific responsibilities
按計(jì)劃切換風(fēng)機(jī)及制定操作工檢查風(fēng)機(jī)程序,確保窯爐正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),減少設(shè)備故障;
switch the fan and set up the fan inspection procedure. make sure smooth operation of the kiln and reduce equipment downtime.
檢查、監(jiān)控窯爐溫度,保證溫度在范圍內(nèi),必要時(shí)進(jìn)行校正;
check and monitor kiln temperature. make sure temperature is under spec and adjust as necessary.
每月對(duì)窯爐煤氣、空氣壓力進(jìn)行檢查一次,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行校正;
monly check gas and air pressure for the kiln and adjust as necessary.
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的變化,及時(shí)調(diào)整進(jìn)車(chē)速度及溫度;
adjust kiln entrance speed and temperature per production plan.
對(duì)司爐員進(jìn)行理論與實(shí)際方面的培訓(xùn);
train kiln operators on experience and operation skill.
分析窯爐燒成問(wèn)題,并與窯爐技術(shù)經(jīng)理商討解決方法;
analyze firing problem and communicate with kiln manager for resolution.
改善窯爐操作,降低燃耗,減少窯爐缺陷;
improve kiln operation to reduce fuel consumption.
對(duì)自己的安全行為/安全績(jī)效負(fù)責(zé);
resposible to safety behavior/ safety performance for oneself.
執(zhí)行本部門(mén)的環(huán)境目標(biāo)、指標(biāo)負(fù)責(zé);
responsible for performing dept. entironment goal and guide line.
環(huán)境工作程序負(fù)責(zé)。
responsierforming corresponding entironment sop.
對(duì)本區(qū)域的環(huán)境因素的識(shí)別負(fù)責(zé);
responsible for performing identify area entironment factors.
完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作。
accomplish any other assignment as assigned by superior.

向噴釉窯爐經(jīng)理匯報(bào)
report to spray/kiln manager.
organization relationship: (internal contact)
與分級(jí)工及噴釉工程師、工段長(zhǎng)密切接觸.
close contact with fpp,spray engineer and spray foreman.
education and competency requirements
education required:
本科及以上,陶瓷專(zhuān)業(yè)
bachelor degree or above, major in prottery.
experience required:
在陶瓷行業(yè)工作3年以上
3 years above the sanitary ware working experience.
equipment used
計(jì)算機(jī),窯爐控制方面的使用
computer , and use the kiln control.
knowledge/skill required
計(jì)算機(jī)技能、溝通技能
computer ability/communication ability.

第2篇 窯爐設(shè)計(jì)工程師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1.熱能工程、過(guò)程裝備與控制工程等專(zhuān)業(yè),本科以上學(xué)歷;
2.有能力從事鍋爐、工業(yè)窯爐的設(shè)計(jì)工作,有五年以上在鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)單位或設(shè)計(jì)院從事設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟悉鍋爐或者工業(yè)窯爐的熱力、隔熱、保溫等計(jì)算,具有研發(fā)新窯爐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3.熟悉鍋爐或者工業(yè)窯爐的隔熱設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算、材料的選擇和其施工方法;
4.熟悉應(yīng)用auotocad、ansys、office等辦公軟件。
